How to Submit
an Item
1. You must be at least 50
years old to submit an item to this site.
2. All none-commercial submissions will be considered. You don't have to be a
professional writer, we'll edit if necessary.
3. You may use the form below for your submission (preferred) or send it to us
via e-mail to modernsenior@aol.net. Please note that
submissions should not be sent as an attachment.
